Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- Service refers to the website or the application or both.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- Subscription refers to the recurring payment plan that provides access to ContenGen's features.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings and following the instructions for cancellation.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid term.
If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current paid term, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us unless specifically covered by our refund policy.
Eligibility for Refunds
Our refund policy varies based on the subscription plan:
- Monthly Plans: Monthly subscription plans are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time on your subscription.
- Yearly Plans: For yearly subscription plans, refunds are only available within the first 30 days after the initial purchase. If you request a refund within this period:
- We will deduct one month's subscription charge from the refund amount
- The payment processing fee will be deducted in full
- The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method
After 30 days from the purchase date, yearly plans are non-refundable.
We also offer refunds under these special circumstances:
- Service Unavailability: If our Service is unavailable for more than 24 hours continuously due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
- Billing Errors: If you have been incorrectly charged, you can request a refund of the incorrect amount.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- For monthly subscription plans regardless of the duration or usage
- For yearly plans after 30 days from the purchase date
- For partial months or unused time on your subscription
- If you have violated our Terms of Service
- If the Service meets the specifications described but does not meet your expectations

Refund Processing
We will process eligible refund requests within 7-10 business days of receiving them. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
